Please return the item to our South Congress Ave. location within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange. Items must be in NEW condition (never worn) undamaged, original tags still intact.

Receipt of proof of purchase must accompany all returns.

FINAL SALE items include:
all Closeout products, promotional purchases, custom/special orders. These items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Defective items should be returned within 5 business days of the purchase date. Please inspect your item for any defects immediately. All warranty defects are covered by the manufacturer and will be sent back for their inspection before credit or exchange is processed.

Allens Boots Gift Cards and items bought using an Allens Boots Gift Card are not eligible for a refund.
